About this Garden Plan
My plot at the SU Community garden. It's a modest garden, but I plan on making it give me food. It is designed after the Mollison Mandala and keyhole design. It reduces how much you have to move and increases overall square footage. The actual plot is 25' X 26' 4". You are seeing the whole season overlapped in time. Not all of these plants will grow at the same time. In other words, that cauliflower will be out of there in time for the cucumbers. :) The walkways will be clover. This doesn't include the flowers and herbs that my wife has growing. Also, there will be way more greens along the walkways. I got tired of adding them. I intend to hook up a 12v pump to a marine battery to pump water out of the nearby creek. I will charge the battery with a solar panel.
