About this Garden Plan
Soil is free draining, can be worked all year but needs a lott of manure in the winter. Some of the plants are in, awating frost to clear to plant the rest. The compost pitts are made up of 50mm thick paving slabs 2 pitts each 1m x 1.7m, the compost is coverd with plastic sheets to keep the geothermal heat in, system seems to be working very well. The cedar greenhouse was corvered in butterfly netting,I was given the structure but did not want it with glass so it is used as very large fruit cage planted with things that dont need pollinating
